Chicken And Chips Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
3 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Mix rice, soup and milk.
Set aside while you prepare the other ingredients. Melt butter in a saucepan and add celery and onion; cook over low heat until transparent.
Remove from heat and stir in peas and chicken.
Add this mixture to the rice/soup mixture and mix well. Layer 1 1/2 cups crushed chips in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish.
Carefully pour in the chicken mixture.
Top with remainder of chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until chips have turned rich brown.
Serve piping hot.
