Pancho'S Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta
    1 can Old El Paso hot jalapeno relish
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in pan and melt.
    Cool.
    Add
    water to get proper consistency.
