Pork Chops With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops, center cut
    2 lb. sauerkraut
    1 can tomato paste
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In skillet brown pork chops.
    Put sauerkraut in casserole. When chops are browned, drain drippings into sauerkraut.
    Add tomato paste.
    Place chops on top.
    Add water, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 1 hour in oven at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
