Seafood Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shrimp, crabmeat or lobster or may be combined
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of asparagus soup
    1 tsp. sherry
    1 c. chopped, cooked potatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Saute seafood and onion in butter for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients gradually, stirring until thoroughly blended.
    Heat to boiling.
    Serve at once with croutons or crackers.
