Ingredients

1/4 lb. margarine
2 onions, finely chopped
8 oz. medium noodles
16 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
6 c. mashed potatoes
sour cream
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Meanwhile, partially cook noodles. Drain and mix with onions and butter.
Spread into bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
