Curried Peas And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 (10 oz.) bag frozen peas
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter; add flour and mix until blended.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add seasonings, peas and mushrooms.
    Cook until hot.
