Dressing For Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 eggs
1 c. vinegar
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Beat eggs well and add milk and cornstarch.
Boil vinegar, sugar and butter.
Add half of mixture to eggs and milk, then pour in remaining ingredients.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Makes dressing for 4 or 5 potatoes.
