    1 (8 oz.) can no-salt added tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes (undrained) *
    1 (15.5 oz.) can dark red kidney beans, drained
    1 c. uncooked instant brown rice
Preparation
    *For a milder flavor, can substitute Italian-style stewed tomatoes.
