Charlie'S Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 glass dry red wine
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. boxed seasoned croutons
    1 medium size head romaine lettuce
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Break garlic into large wooden salad bowl.
    Add vinegar and lemon juice; soak for 2 hours.
    Drink wine.
    Remove garlic from liquid and rub sides of bowl.
    Dice half of 1 clove and leave in liquid.
    Add egg, olive oil and anchovy paste.
    Tear romaine into 1-inch squares.
    Toss with croutons; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Yields 4 servings.
