Fettuccine With Artichokes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. fresh minced parsley
Preparation

Cook fettuccine according to directions.
Keep warm.
Mix together the butter and cream on low heat.
Add artichokes, salt and pepper to taste.
Add parsley and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese. Toss with pasta and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Serve immediately.
