Shrimp And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. peeled and deveined shrimp, boiled (may use canned)
    1 medium stalk celery, chopped
    1 grated carrot
    3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (10 oz.) can asparagus
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients,
    except
    asparagus,\tand mix well. Spoon
    over
    asparagus
    spears and chill before serving. If desired, you may garnish with pimento strips, tomato wedges or hard-boiled egg slices.
