Apple Cinnamon Flaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. honey or sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs or 3 egg whites
    3/4 to 1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix wet ingredients and stir into dry until moistened.
    Cook on hot griddle (350\u00b0).
    Makes 15 pancakes. Heart healthy.
