Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Crisco
    2/3 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. coconut
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (optional)
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips (optional)
    3/4 c. cocoa (optional)
Preparation
    Mix the shortening, butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
    Blend in flour, soda, salt, coconut and any optional ingredients you prefer.
    Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet or roll dough into rolls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes.
    Dough can be refrigerated 2 to 3 weeks or frozen for 3 months.
