1 c. flour

1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. ground raisins (optional)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation
