Spring Peas And Lettuce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small ice Boston lettuce or green leaf lettuce
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 tsp. butter or olive oil
    2 c. frozen peas, thawed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut lettuce into small strips.
    Saute onions and garlic about 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat.
    Add lettuce and saute 1 minute. Add peas, salt and pepper.
    Cook until heated through.
    Serve warm.
