Herb Broiled Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 tomato halves
melted butter
salt and pepper
grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. fine bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix herbs and bread crumbs and set aside.
Pour melted butter over tomato halves.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and then with herb mixture. Finally sprinkle on grated Parmesan cheese.
Broil 3 to 5 minutes until cheese bubbles and browns.
