Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry jello
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
3 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Mix jello and sugar; add boiling water.
Stir until dissolved. Add juice.
Refrigerate until partially set.
Add apples, celery, and nuts.
Put half in bowl; spread with 1/2 of soft cream cheese. Top with other half of jello mixture and spread with remaining cream cheese.
Chill until set.
