Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. popcorn (3 microwave bags, plain)
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo syrup (light)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Boil first 5 ingredients 5 minutes.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and baking soda.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0; stir every 15 minutes. Coat popcorn.
    Use large roasting pan.
