Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) bag Kraft caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/3 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Unwrap caramels.
    Make German chocolate cake according to directions on box, then pour one-half of the batter into prepared pan.
    Bake half the batter for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
