Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. oil
    5 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    small can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    dash of garlic salt
    1 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Beat together egg and oil.
    Dip chicken in mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
    Place in greased casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Mix tomato paste, onion powder, oregano, basil, garlic salt and bouillon.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Five minutes before serving, place Mozzarella cheese over chicken and melt in oven. Serve with spaghetti and top with sauce.
