Asparagus Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. fresh asparagus, sliced diagonally
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the broth, soy sauce and cornstarch together.
    Set aside. Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet and saute onions until golden brown.
    Add asparagus and stir.
    Fry for 3 minutes; add the broth mixture.
    Cook and stir until the sauce is clear.
    Makes 4 servings.
