Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. soft butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
Preparation

Cream butter; sift in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add peanut butter and 2/3 cup milk.
Mix until all flour is dampened and then beat 2 minutes at low speed.
Add rest of milk, eggs and vanilla.
Beat 2 more minutes.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) cake pans lined with wax paper or rectangular cake pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool completely and frost with Peanut Butter Frosting.
