Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked squash
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped pimento (optional)
1/4 c. bread crumbs, toasted
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Alternate layers of squash, bits of butter, pimento and soup in greased casserole.
Top with bread crumbs and melted butter tossed together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes or until brown. May be made ahead of time and baked later.
