Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts or 2 chickens, boiled
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 large carton sour cream
2 tsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 sticks margarine
Preparation

Cook chicken, bone and cut into pieces.
Place in 7 x 11-inch (or larger) buttered dish.
Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
Crush crackers and combine with poppy seed.
Sprinkle on soup mixture.
Melt margarine and dribble on top.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
