Stuffed Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers
    1 bar cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. red pepper, diced
    1/4 c. yellow pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Slice cucumbers in half; scoop out seeds.
    Salt and turn over on paper towel to drain.
    Mix cream cheese, peppers, onion and paprika together.
    Stuff mixture into the hollowed out cucumbers; wrap in foil and place in refrigerator overnight.
    Slice and serve as salad or hors d'oeuvre!
    Serves 6 to 8.
