Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (save a little for topping)
    1/2 c. chopped onion, cooked
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 jalapeno pepper (chopped)
Preparation
    Mix milk, soup and pepper.
    Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture, cheese and soup.
    Place tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with remaining soup mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
