Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes
    1 stick butter
    flour
    salt
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes.
    Melt butter in pan.
    Shake potatoes in bag of flour until coated.
    Roll each piece in melted butter.
    Shake Parmesan cheese over potatoes.
    Salt to taste. Bake in oven (350\u00b0) for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on size of potatoes.
    Cover with foil for soft, moist potatoes.
    Keep uncovered for a crispy potato.
