Easy Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant lemon pudding and pie mix
    1 c. milk
    4 oz. carton whipped topping, thawed
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Combine pudding mix and milk, beat 2 to 3 minutes until very thick.
    Fold in whipped topping, pineapple and lemon juice. Pour into crust and refrigerate overnight or 4 hours. Top with whipped topping.
