Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler fryer chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Mix baking mix, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Coat chicken. Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan.
    Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
    Turn chicken and bake until done, about 15 minutes.
