Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 lb. butter
Preparation

Turn burner on low heat.
Combine yolks and lemon juice in small pot.
Beat with a whisk until frothy.
Divide butter in thirds, add one third to the pot at a time.
Stir constantly until all butter is in and melted.
Let it thicken gradually.
Don't leave on heat.
Keep stirring.
