Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ripe tomatoes (fresh or canned)
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    3 bell peppers, chopped
    2 hot peppers, chopped (3 if short)
    6 medium onions, cut fine
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Put in jars and seal.
    Use large porcelain container.
    Eat with chips.
