Blender Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 ripe bananas
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In blender, puree bananas to make 1 cup.
    Add oil and eggs. Blend well.
    In a medium bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
    Pour in banana mix.
    Mix until just blended.
    Pour into prepared 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Rap on table to remove bubbles. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until center springs back.
    Cool on wire rack.
