Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
Chop mushroom stems and reserve caps.
In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook mushroom stems, onion and next 4 ingredients until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Spoon mixture into caps.
Place caps, stuffed side up, on baking sheet.
Broil 8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
