Vegetable Beef And Barley Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
2 cans (14 oz. each) beef broth
1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded cooked beef roast
3/4 c. pearl barley
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian style diced tomatoes
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can mixed vegetables, undrained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
Preparation

In soup pot or Dutch oven, combine water, broth, beef and barley.
Bring to a boil and cook over medium high heat for 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes, vegetables, and soup.
Cook 10 minutes over medium heat.
Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and continue to cook for another 20 to 30 minutes or until barley is tender.
