Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fresh string beans, ends trimmed
    6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 small red onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. sunflower oil
    2 Tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook green beans in boiling water for 10 minutes, uncovered. Drain.
    Let chill in the refrigerator.
    After chilling, toss beans with mushrooms and onion.
    Whisk oil into vinegar; whisk in spices; pour over string beans and toss lightly.
    Chill again before serving.
