Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. macaroni, uncooked
4 Tbsp. sutter
2 c. milk
pepper
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Run hot water over it and drain again.
Melt butter.
Add flour and stir until a smooth paste is formed.
Add milk gradually and cook until thickened.
Add seasonings and cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
Add cooked macaroni and place in buttered casserole dish.
Cover with buttered crumbs and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until crumbs are brown, about 15 minutes.
