Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation

Cook spaghetti and drain.
Stir butter and Parmesan into spaghetti.
Add eggs and toss.
Press mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
Spread cottage cheese on top.
Brown ground meat with onion and pepper until vegetables are tender.
Drain.
Stir in tomatoes and spices.
Heat.
Pour over cottage cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with Mozzarella and bake for 5 minutes. Serves 6.
