Orange Pineapple Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
2 oranges, grated
1 can coconut
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. water

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Spread on your favorite cake.
Enough for 3 or 4 layers.
