Molded Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1 c. grated onion
2 c. finely chopped cabbage
Preparation

Prepare gelatin as directed on package.
Add all chopped ingredients and pour in individual molds.
Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
Serves 8 to 10.
