Crawfish Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 bunch shallots
    1 to 2 lb. crawfish tails or shrimp
    1 pt. half and half
    1 Tbsp. Tony Cachere seasoning
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a large skillet; saute shallots and crawfish tails.
    Cook for 5 to 10 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Add half and half and seasoning.
    Boil fettuccine in separate pot.
    Add salt to water.
    Drain.
    Add to crawfish tails and sauce. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
