Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (very lean)
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except soup, in order listed; mix well. Form into large patties and roll in flour. Brown on both sides in butter.
    Pour soup with 1 can of water over meat patties and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
