Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil sliced potatoes and chopped onion until done.
    Melt butter over low heat.
    Blend in flour.
    Bubble flour, butter and seasonings for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; stir in milk and bring to a boil.
    Allow this to boil for 1 minute and continue stirring until thickened.
    Add chunks of cheese and allow to melt.
    Put sauce in casserole alternately with cooked potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
