Cream Cheese Frosting For Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Beat cheese, vanilla and butter until creamy.
    Add confectioners sugar gradually.
    Beat until light and fluffy. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
