Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lb. beef cubes
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. water
1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. broad egg noodles
Preparation

In large saucepan, heat oil and brown beef.
Add dry soup mix and paprika, blended with tomatoes.
Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 hours, or until beef is tender.
Stir in flour and salt blended with water.
Bring to boil, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
