Anita'S Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pinto beans
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 lean roast (approximately 3 to 5 lb.)
1 large can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
water
Preparation
-
Soak pinto beans overnight.
Place all ingredients in large roaster pan.
Cover with water.
Cook for 12 hours at 250\u00b0 in covered pan.
This is great when you need to take a meal!!!
