Pineapple Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 tsp. soda
1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation

Sift first 4 ingredients into large bowl.
Add raisins and walnuts.
Combine egg, vanilla and shortening in bowl.
Mix well. Add to dry ingredients; mix well.
Dissolve soda in pineapple in small bowl.
Add to mixture.
Stir until moistened.
Pour into greased miniature loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until bread tests done.
