Baked Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. half and half cream
    salt and white pepper to taste
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans yellow hominy, drained
Preparation
    In skillet, cook onion in butter.
    Combine the eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
    Blend well.
    Stir in onion and hominy.
    Place in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
