Hawks Cay Jalapeno Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sugar
    8 oz. margarine
    1/2 oz. salt
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 pt. milk
    1 lb. cornmeal
    1 1/2 lb. pastry flour
    1 1/2 oz. baking powder
    2 c. corn, drained
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar
    1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack
    10 oz. diced jalapeno peppers or to taste
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine, salt, eggs and milk, mixing slowly. Sift dry ingredients.
    Add to bowl.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Mix until blended.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
