Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation

Mix all but last two ingredients together and place in casserole dish.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers and melted oleo. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
