Overnight Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lard or shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    10 to 11 c. flour
Preparation
    At 6:00 p.m., dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar, lard or shortening, salt, eggs and flour.
    Let this rise and punch down on the hour until 10:00 p.m.
    (Punch at 7 p.m., 8 p.m. and 9 p.m.) Shape at 10:00 p.m. and let rise until morning.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done and browned (25 to 30 minutes).
    Makes 60 rolls.
